Back Squat

Elisabeth Akinwale... my hero. Seriously. I love her. I would love to meet her, train with her and just talk to her.

Here she is doing a 325lb Back Squat... maybe someday I will be able to do this. My 1 RM is 230... you have to start somewhere! 


WARMUP:
3 Rounds

WOD: "Gold Mine"

- 50 Double Unders
- 1 Minute Rest-
- 1 Min Burpees (ax)
